The Silver Room, a community-centered retail business, sought to create a landmark event to inspire Chicago’s youth by showcasing the power of collaboration between companies, artists, civic organizations, and municipalities—the event aimed to foster equity and inclusion through cultural diversity. We were tasked with supporting event production, managing sponsorships, and providing essential production expertise.

Since the event’s inception, our team has collaborated annually to bring this cultural celebration to life. With our expertise in stage, lighting, and sound production, as well as in managing sponsorship activations, we provided the technical and strategic support needed to execute this dynamic, multi-stage, two-day festival.
