Rolling Stone’s Musicians on Musicians series aimed to create an intimate platform for artistic collaboration between acclaimed artist Common and emerging star No Name, resonating with Chicago’s music community and a broader audience.
Solution
We managed logistics, production, and promotion for this exclusive event, hosted by Rolling Stone and Sonesta International Hotels at the Royal Sonesta Chicago Downtown. The event featured rehearsals, in-depth discussions, and live performances by Common and No Name, enhanced by local brand partnerships and interactive Q&A sessions. The intimate setting fostered creative synergy and showcased Chicago’s musical legacy.
Results
The event drew 200 select guests, including influencers and community figures, and generated over 500,000 social media impressions. Media coverage, including from Rolling Stone, helped amplify the event’s impact. The collaboration inspired local musicians, sparked meaningful conversations on creativity and social issues, and celebrated the artistic bond between Common and No Name.
