Challenge

Teeling Whiskey partnered with The TCG Collective to create a culturally relevant, high-energy brand activation in New York City aimed at increasing awareness, deepening brand affinity, and generating organic social buzz among a tastemaker audience. The objective was to position Teeling as a modern, premium whiskey brand at the intersection of sports, college culture, and fashion—delivering an immersive, social, and content-forward experience rather than a traditional tasting event.

Solution

The TCG Collective produced an immersive, influencer-led experience at T-Squared Social in Midtown Manhattan, transforming the venue into a multi-zoned Teeling Whiskey environment that seamlessly blended education, play, and social engagement. The activation featured a private tasting room hosted by brand experts, curated Teeling cocktails upon arrival, and concise speaker moments that delivered impactful brand storytelling without disrupting the natural flow of the evening. Interactive virtual football and gaming experiences were integrated throughout the space to align with Teeling’s sports-forward narrative. Custom-built experiential elements elevated the storytelling, including a branded trophy case highlighting the heritage and partnership between Teeling Whiskey and Notre Dame, as well as a custom goal post installation that doubled as a display for exclusive Ryoko Rain x Teeling Whiskey jackets, which guests were invited to try on. A dedicated Teeling lounge area encouraged connection and extended dwell time, while a custom photobooth and multiple content-ready environments were strategically designed to drive influencer capture and organic storytelling, supported by a curated guest list of lifestyle, spirits, and culture creators.
